We all had a blast in Montana! The trip was entirely too short... but aren't they all?! Clausens... more great memories created, more love in our hearts... miss you all and can't wait to do it again!I wish we had been able to spend more time with the Palins and Beehlers but unfortunately we weren't able to this trip. However, a boat trip (congrats guys!) is in the works for this summer and we can't wait! Lorna, you are in our thoughts and prayers. We wish you a speedy recovery... with no more obstacles. We love you so much!
All camera's were left at home the day of the Clausen family ski trip. I assure you that the day was absolutely beautiful, snow was fantastic and the views were breathtaking. I was certainly a great time had by all. I only wish I had captured a picture of Jason's fabulous illustration of the Clausen Family Ski team. Angela doing a graceful face plant, Fred waving his hands at the bottom wondering what is taking everyone so long, Lowen snowplowing, Jason doing tricks, Heather... WHOA, the speed demon and of course Nate Mr. Ski Instructor, making it all look so easy.
Helping Mom pack for our big trip to Montana.
And having too much fun!
Giving Daddy a break from driving
It was a long trip, but Soren was SO good! Our dream baby!
Soren's favorite road trip activity
Home Sweet Home
Investigating
And climbing everything in no time!
Soren missed Grammy so much. If she was out of his sight for a second he ran after her frantically shouting “Gamma! Gamma!”
A morning read with Aunt Heather
Aunt Heather teaching Soren how to play piano.
Wait... or is it Soren teaching Aunt Heather? They played for the longest time together. And believe it or not, they sounded really good!
SNOW!
Only Grandmas and Grandpas... and Uncles let you play in the kitchen sink.
Clausen dance party! You had to be there to get the full effect of everyone dancing to “Twisting The Night Away” by Sam Cook. A memory etched in our hearts forever!
Being silly with Uncle Jason
We had wonderful, long serious and humorous chats around the table, one of the things Nate and I always look forward too.
Cousin BrookeLynn
Opening new toys with Aunt Tiffany
Hanging with the Palin/Beehler family... wish we had more time to spend. Hope you are feeling much better Grandma! Hugs and kisses to you!!!
Soren stole poor BrookeLynn's balloon, she was rightfully not happy about it. Obviously Soren felt victorious. Naughty Soren.
Uncle Cale fixes the broken balloon, while Grandma Lorna looks on.
Fascinated by the fan that Papa turned on
There is never a shortage of pictures or video footage with the Clausen boys around
