Auuuh... Sweet baby Soren.

Soren's favorite past-time is still reading. The number of books he wants to read increases every day... today we read 15. Although, 8 of them were "Things That Go", thanks Grammy!

Soren Helps Out

So far, Soren has been very busy in 2009. He is becoming quite the little helper. He likes to do everything himself, or at least give it his best try. His mom and dad are having a great time coaching him!

He helps Mommy with homework!

He helps dust drawers... and does a very thorough job! He makes sure that all toys are removed and the drawer is pulled out. Then he can clean way back in there.

And he does laundry! Who could ask for a better helper?!

Golden Oldies

Santa & Soren

Soren visited Santa on Christmas Eve this year. He stood patiently in line for over 45 minutes. During that time we watched numerous kiddos his age meltdown in tears when they sat on Santa's lap. When it was Soren's turn he showed off his happy dance all the way to Santa, much to mine and Nate's surprise and Santa's delight. Santa plopped Soren on his lap and suddenly Soren was shy. No tears though! Durning Soren's good-bye's to Santa he said "Buh-Bye SAT-ta". I think all three of our hearts melted!
